Vacuum degasser can wipe off the invaded gas from drilling mud quickly, restore drilling mud proportion, keep mud viscosity performance and improve the quality of drilling fluid. Our vacuum degasser has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable design and so on.
Vacuum degasser utilizes vacuum pump suction action, causes negative pressure zone in vacuum tank, under the action of atmospheric pressure, drilling mud through the suction pipe into the hollow shaft of rotor, and then through the window around hollow shaft jilt to the tank wall by spurting. Due to the effect of collision and separation wheel, separating drilling mud into thin layer, the invaded bubble broken and gas escape. Through the vacuum pump suction and gas water separator separation, gas escape to safety zone, and the drilling mud is discharged to tank outside by impeller. Because of the main motor first start, and the impeller which connected with motor is high rotation speed, so drilling mud can only from the suction pipe into the tank, not be inhaled from drain pipe.
Our vacuum degasser is suitable for various supporting of drilling mud solids control system, it plays an important role in restoring drilling mud performance, and can also be an agitator with big power.
1. Use negative pressure degasser, scientific and reasonable design, can realize the effective gas liquid separation, filter out the impurity and ensure exhaust pipe always unobstructed.
2. Use belt drive, to avoid the retarding mechanism of complicated, and guarantee the trouble-free working hours is long.
3. Water ring vacuum pump on-stream always in isothermal condition, suitable for pumping flammable and explosive gas, safety performance is reliable.
4. Drilling mud through the window of rotor jilt to wall with high speed, the bubble in mud broken thoroughly, degassing efficiency is high and more than 95%.
5. The application of gas water separator will not give rise to water and gas discharged at the same time, and the exhaust pipe is always clear. Can supply water to vacuum pump circularly, and it has the advantages of saving water, environmental protection.
